RETURN POLICY
CANCELATION POLICY
If a customer cancels an order after submitting payment, Installations Unlimited of LKN will issue a refund to the buyer if Installations Unlimited of LKN didn’t incur any fees (Including but not limited to shipping products to us, mounting/balancing, restocking fee from a vendor, etc.). The buyer will receive the balance in the form of an in-store credit to be used for a future purchase unless there was a prior arrangement with Installations Unlimited of LKN. The prior arrangement must be agreed to, in writing, by Installations Unlimited of LKN and the buyer.
AVAILABILITY POLICY
If a customer orders products that are out of stock, Installations Unlimited of LKN will contact the customer and place them with a similar purchase. If the customer isn’t completely satisfied with the replacement options, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. Finally, when Installations Unlimited of LKN attempts to contact the customer and the customer doesn’t answer/respond, we will give you a full refund.
MODIFIED VEHICLES
Installations Unlimited of LKN is not liable for fitment issues related to a vehicle that has been modified. Installations Unlimited of LKN suggests for the customer to follow the guidelines specified by the manufacturer for any aftermarket product currently on your vehicle.
SHIPPING POLICY
Buyer MUST inspect ALL product(s) BEFORE signing for delivery. When you sign your name, you are agreeing that the product(s) were received in perfect condition. If someone other than the buyer signs for the product(s), they are signing agreeing the product(s) were received in perfect condition. If there was damage done to the product(s) you MUST refuse the shipment or have the delivery driver make a note about the damages on the delivery receipt so Installations Unlimited of LKN can open a claim with the shipping company. In the event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, notify Installations Unlimited of LKN immediately prior to use of product(s).

Installations Unlimited of LKN will accept returns on unopened, unused product(s) within 30 days of the date they were delivered. All products must be in new condition, and in original packaging for a return to take place. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from, Installations Unlimited of LKN and/or Installations Unlimited of LKN vendors. You will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer will receive the balance in the form of an in-store credit to be used for a future purchase. The buyer MUST receive an RMA number from Installations Unlimited of LKN prior to shipping the product(s) back to Installations Unlimited of LKN. If the buyer doesn’t first contact Installations Unlimited of LKN for an RMA number, Installations Unlimited of LKN and/or it’s vendors will refuse the shipment(s) and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
WHEEL RETURN
Only wheels that were purchased in the last 30 days, are in their original boxes, have not been mounted or installed on vehicle hub are eligible for return. As with other products, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please see above “Return Policy” for all other requirements.
TIRE RETURN
Only tires that have been purchased in the last 30 days, not been mounted to a wheel, not been driven on and have the original manufactures sticker intact are eligible for return. As with other products, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please see above “Return Policy” for all other requirements.
WARRANTIES
Installations Unlimited of LKN follows all manufacture warranty policies. After referencing the manufactures warranty guidelines, if you feel you have product that falls under a manufacturer’s warranty, contact Installations Unlimited of LKN and we will help resolve it. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for the shipment and return of any warranty item(s). Installations Unlimited of LKN is not liable for any labor or vehicle damage/downtime cost associated with warranty claims.
